38 LAWS OF MISSOURI, 1955 subjects in section 262.500 mentioned, and offer suitable premiums in each class thereof to the full amount available from the levy. All such premiums shall be offered for exhibits made at public fairs held in the county. AN ACT to authorize the commissioner of agriculture to grant and convey to the Sedalia Water Company an easement for water main purposes In real estate owned - by the state of Missouri, on which property the Missouri State Fair is now located, and to provide the purposes and conditions for the grant. SECTION 1. Commissioner of Department of Agriculture to grant and convey easement for water main pur- SECTION 2. Water main to be constructed at no expense to state. 3. Instrument of conveyance of easement to be approved by attorney- general. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the Stale of Missouri, as follows: Section 1. Commissioner of Department of Agriculture to grant and convey easement for water main purposes.—The commissioner of agriculture is hereby authorized to grant and convey to the Sedalia Water Company, Sedalia, Missouri, an easement for the installation of a ten inch cast iron water main in real estate owned by the state of Missouri on which property the Missouri State Fair is now located. The easement is described as follows: Beginning at the Missouri State Fair grounds entrance on Sixteenth Street known as the Missouri Pacific Railroad gate, thence South on Missouri Street and continuing South to the South boundary line of the Missouri State Fair grounds. Section 2. Water main to be constructed at no expense to state.—The purpose of the proposed water main is to provide additional water to the Missouri State Fair grounds for general use and to supply a fire hydrant to be installed at approximately the southwest corner of the Missouri State Highway Department exhibit, and also to serve private users South of the Missouri State Fair grounds. In consideration for the state's granting of the easement, the proposed water main shall be constructed and installed by the Sedalia Water Company at no cost to the state and the additional service shall be made available to the water pipe system of the Missouri State Fair grounds adjacent to the proposed route in accordance with the rate schedules and rules on file with the
