882 LAWS OF MISSOURI, 1951 or pretense of any baggage or other property, or by failing or refusing to pay for such lodging, food, money, property or other accommodations on demand, or that he gave in payment; for such lodging, food, money, property, or other accommodations a check or negotiable paper on which payment was refused, or that he left the hotel, inn or boarding house without paying or offering to pay for such lodging, food, money, property, or other accommodations, or that he surreptitiously removed or attempted to remove his baggage, or that he registered under a fictitious name, shall be prima facie proof of the intent to defraud mentioned in this section; but this section shall not apply where there has been an agreement in writing for delay in payment. B. 63.1 TRUSTS AND ESTATES OF DECEDENTS AND PERSONS UNDER DISABILITY: Relating to administration of estates of non-resident decedents as to shares of stock, credits or choses in action. AN ACT to repeal Section 466.010, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, relating to administration of estates of non-resident decedents as to any shares of stock, credits or choses in action, and to enact a new section iu lieu thereof to be known as Section 466.010, relating to the same subject: and providing that administration as to any shares of stock, bonds, credits or choses in action may be had upon the application of any creditor, or upon application of any legatee under, or executor named iu, the will of such decedent, or upon application of a Missouri ancillary administrator of such nonresident decedent, by showing to the court that the lands and other personal property of such decedent within this state are not sufficient to pay the debts of such estate owed to Missouri creditors, or upon a showing to the court by any legatee under, or executor named in, the will of such decedent, that by such will a legacy is left, outright or iu trust, to a natural person residing in Missouri, or to a corporation, including a national or state bank or trust company having its chief office and principal place of business in Missouri, such application to be made within six months after the date of death of such decedent or within six months from the date of the granting or refusing of letters upon the estate of the decedent at his domicile; and providing for the transfer, payment, distribution and delivery of such stocks, bonds, credits or choses in action after the expiration of such period or after the completion of such administration proceedings in this stale. SECTION 1. Repealing Section 466.010, Revised Statutes of Missouri, 1949, and enacting a new section in lieu thereof. SUCTION 466.010.
