APPROPRIATIONS 73 Salary of one marshal $6,000.00 Salary of one clerk 9,000.00 Salary of one official reporter 4,000.00 Salary of one deputy clerk 6,000.00 Salary of one janitress 3,000.00 Salaries of other necessary employees and Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance 9,800.00 Total Personal Service $172,800.00 Additions, Repairs and Replacements: For purchase of equipment, including office furniture, bookcases and other similar equipment and contingent supplies; including law books and other legal publications, and repairs and replacements 3,000.00 Operation: General expenses including communication, printing, binding, material and supplies, including stationery, office supplies and other general expenses including the use of the law library as per contract and Federal Old-Age and Survivors Insurance 6,500.00 Total from General Revenue Fund $182,300.00 Section 4.280. Kansas City Court of Appeals.—There is hereby appropriated out of the State Treasury, chargeable to the General Revenue Fund, the sum of Two Hundred Thousand Four Hundred Dollars ($200,400.00) for the use of the Kansas City Court of Appeals for the purpose of paying the salaries, wages and per diem of the officers and employees; for the selection of opinions to be published and the supervision of the preparation of the syllabi thereof; for the original purchase of property, for the repair and replacement of property and for operating expenses; for the biennial period beginning July 1, 1951 and ending June 30, 1953, as follows: Personal Service: Salaries of three judges and as members of the Kansas City Court of Appeals Commission for the selection of opinions to be published and the supervision of the preparation of the syllabi thereof.. $63,000.00 Salaries of two commissioners and as members of the Kansas City Court of Appeals Commission for selection of opinions to be published and the supervision of the preparation of the syllabi thereof 42,000.00 Salaries of five stenographers 30,000.00
