Supreme Court Again Alain Petitioned To Halt Bombing WASHINGTON UP U PI P I Their case dramatized by an errant US U.S. bombing run that killed hundreds of civilians lawyers for a New York congresswoman returned to the Supreme Court Monday in another effort to win winan an immediate halt of the bombing in Cambodia Attorneys representing Rep Elizabeth Holtzman D and four Air Force officers filed a motion asking Justice Thurgood Marshall to refer reer the matter to the entire nine-man nine court instead of deciding it himself They also asked him to lift a stay he imposed on an bombing anti order obtained from Justice William O.
