Israel Moves To Consolidate All Jerusalem By WALTER LOGAN United Press International Israel took the first steps today to an an- annex annex annex nex the old city of Jerusalem without waiting for any formal peace settlement with the defeated Arab states The move was expected to arouse the fury of the Arabs Informed sources in Jerusalem said the cabinet of Premier Levi was called into session tonight to ask the Knesset parliament for a special bill mak mak- making making ing jog the former Jordanian sector an in in- integral integral part of Israel The move and Israeli demands for di di- direct direct direct pease negotiations with the Arabs outside the United Nations certainly will bring bitter debate in a UN U.N.
